By using Sahayak, you agree to these simple rules:

1. Free service

Sahayak is 100% free. We do not charge any fee to any user, ever. Our costs are covered by Google AdSense banner ads at the bottom of the page.

2. Guidance only

We show you step-by-step instructions and quote official fees, but we are not a government website. The final authority is the official portal linked on each scheme page. Always verify the latest fee, form and deadline there.

3. AI Assistant

The AI Assistant tries to help in your language, but it can make mistakes. Do not use its answers as legal advice. For serious matters (court cases, insurance claims, disputes), please talk to a qualified lawyer or Common Service Centre operator.

4. Your account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for whatever happens through your account. If you notice unauthorised activity, log out and change your password immediately.

5. Fair use

Please don't:

• Scrape or automate mass requests to the AI Assistant
• Post abusive, illegal, or spammy questions
• Try to reverse-engineer or break the security of the service

6. Warnings we cannot repeat enough

• Never share your Aadhaar OTP, UAN password or bank OTP with anyone — including us
• Never pay a broker for services that are marked FREE on official government portals
• Sahayak will never ask for your Aadhaar number, PAN number, or bank credentials

7. Advertising

We display Google AdSense ads. We do not endorse the products / services shown in those ads.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If we change anything major, we will show a banner on the home page.

9. Money, mandi and insurance guidance

Loan, tax, savings, insurance, rent and mandi content on Sahayak is general education with illustrative math — not personal financial, tax, legal or medical advice. Market prices move daily; always confirm live rates before transacting. For personal decisions, talk to a qualified adviser or the official helpline linked on each page.
